We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations so that we can allocate the time to someone else.As like many other practices we regret that we will have to apply a late cancellation or missed appointment charge of £2 per minute for all appointments. This is to cover staff and ever increasing overhead costs. Patients booking a hygienist and/or treatment appointment will be required to pay a deposit of 50% of the appointment cost at the time of booking the appointment. We trust you will understand our policy and thank you for your cooperation.
