Dr Katie Davies

Katie qualified from Bristol University in 1997 with a Bachelor in Dental Surgery. She worked as an associate for 5 years before she set up Oldland Dental Practice in 2003 as the principal dentist. In 2001 she gained her Diploma in Postgraduate Dental Studies having studied in Prosthetics, Paedodontics and Endodontics.

Katie has always worked in general practice, and enjoys the variation and challenges working in practice brings but has an interest in Childrens Dentistry.

Katie contributes greatly to Dental Education. Since 2006 she has been a Foundation Dentist Trainer and helps train newly qualified dentists working in general practice.

Katie also works as an honorary clinical teacher In Bristol Dental School where she teaches 3rd, 4th and 5th year dental students Child Dental Health. In 2012 Katie gained a Postgraduate Certificate in Dental Education.

Originally from South West Wales Katie is fluent in welsh and enjoys cooking, gardening and spending time with her daughter Megan.


Sherin Raju

Sherin qualified from CDC Ludhiana, India in 2006. She worked as a junior dentist in India for a few of years before moving to UK. Sherin registered with the GDC in 2016, following the Overseas Registration Exam and started her career in UK as associate dentist in Somerset. Sherin enjoys all aspects of general dentistry.

Living in Bristol, she enjoys cooking, playing Badminton and spending time with her family. In addition to English she speaks Hindi and Malayalam.


Louise Long

Louise qualified from Bristol University in 2008 and joined the practice in September 2015. Previous to working at Oldland, Louise worked for several years as an associate dentist in Somerset. Louise enjoys all aspects of general practice but has a particular interest in aesthetic dentistry and treating anxious patients and children.

Outside work, Louise likes to be active - she regularly takes part in half marathons and the occasional full marathon. She also has a keen interest in triathlons and has competed in many regional events.

Louise lives in Bristol with her husband and two young sons.


Lynsey-Jayne Fulton

Lynsey-Jayne graduated from Queen's University, Belfast in 2018. She joined the practice after completing her foundation year at Keynsham, where she still continues to work. Lynsey-Jayne enjoys most aspects of dentistry but especially likes children's dentistry and fixed prosthodontics. 

Outside of work, Lynsey-Jayne enjoys hot yoga, horse riding and baking. 


Natalie Smyth

Natalie is originally from Northern Ireland and qualified from Bristol University in 2017. After a few years in general practice she then completed a year long placement in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital.

Natalie is passionate about helping patients to overcome any fear or anxiety they may have when coming to the dentist. She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry but has a specific interest in oral surgery and aesthetic dentistry and is a provider of clear aligners for quick straightening of teeth.

Outside of work Natalie enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling and relaxing through yoga and the gym.


Asha Pandya-Sharpe

Asha qualified from Bristol university in 2020 with a distinction in her dental degree.

Although originally from London, she loved Bristol so much she’s decided to stay.

Asha has won several dentistry awards and was a finalist for two national ‘Dental Student of the Year Awards’. Whilst volunteering as a dentist abroad in both Cambodia and Nepal she developed her love for Oral Surgery.

Outside of dentistry, Asha is a Pilates enthusiast and is currently undergoing training to become a Pilates instructor.

Alla qualified from Bristol University as a Dental Hygienist in June 2012. Before joining the established Oldland team in 2019, Alla has been working in busy NHS/private/Denplan dental practices in Bristol and South Gloucestershire.

Alla loves her job as a Dental Hygienist in which she helps patients to improve and maintain their oral health. She helps to develop personal effective home oral care regime. Also, under the treatment plan from the dentist, she treats periodontal disease to prevent it from progression which may lead to a tooth loss.

Outside of work Alla loves growing Koi-fish and fish-pond plants. She enjoys meeting with friends and visiting places as well as the solitude of fine needlework, especially knitting.
